Lime Tree Management Consulting is the trading name of Hilary Maher, a qualified psychotherapist and an executive coach. Hilary helps people – individuals, groups and organisations – through the provision of structured support, empathy, challenge and applied knowledge.

Hilary has undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in psychology (BA, MSc) and a masters degree in business (MBA). In addition, she has also postgraduate qualifications in supervision and in mediation, and is a fully-trained and accredited psychotherapist.

Hilary has been working as a management consultant since the 1990s. She began professional life as a psychologist and her career covers posts in the civil service and in voluntary and public sector organisations in Brussels and in Dublin. Hilary has worked as a management training specialist, and as a Human Resources and Organisational Development consultant in both the private and public sectors.

Since 1999, she has been a leadership/executive coach to over 150 clients in both the private and public sectors.
